Well hello to you and thanks for browsing my way. A pleasure to receive your mouse click (not a euphemism). Such fun. Welcome to my, what I call, website. I will be adding more photos, exclusive videos and other nonsense in due course so do pop back. But for now may I blatantly draw your attention to the shop where you can purchase Series 1 and 2 of my sitcom if the desire takes you. For those of you who have been kindly asking we will be back with a Series 3 on BBC1 for Autumn 2012.

Call the Midwife

Miranda stars in the new BBC drama Call the Midwife set in London’s East End during the 1950s in which a newly qualified midwife begins her career alongside an order of nursing nuns.

The series starts at 8pm on Sunday 15 January 2012 although Miranda’s character, Camilla Cholomondely-Browne (otherwise known as Chummy) will not be appearing until episode two on Sunday 22 January.

Jon and Miranda’s Secret Santa

Christmas TV appearances

Many of you have been asking if Miranda is doing a Christmas Special of the Sitcom this year. There won’t be a new Christmas Special, but last year’s Christmas show will be repeated on BBC 1 at some point in the Xmas schedules.

Miranda will be appearing in a few shows in the lead up to Christmas – pop back for further info but we can tell you she will be doing her favourite – It Takes Two – on the Friday 25th November and will be hosting Have I Got News For You for the third time which will be on air Friday 9th December.
